MODA currently accepts orders for delivery within Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges depend on the payment method selected at checkout.

Prepaid / Online Payments: Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping charge of PKR 200 applies.

Prepaid/online orders currently qualify for free shipping, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are charged a delivery fee of PKR 200. Delivery charges may change from time to time due to courier rates or other shipping-related factors. Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated or displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

When your order arrives, we recommend checking the parcel and packaging for visible signs of damage. If a product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact MODA as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number along with relevant photographs or videos.

Please retain the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete, the customer is unavailable, or the courier cannot reach the customer, the parcel may be returned to us.

If this happens, please contact our team to discuss the available options for redelivery.

Any additional shipping charges will be communicated before redelivery is arranged. Charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
