We aim to present our products as accurately as possible, including their descriptions, ingredients, sizes, prices, and intended cosmetic uses.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product prices, bundle prices, promotions, and offers. Any price change will not alter an order that we have already accepted, except where correction is required by applicable law or an agreed resolution.

We currently offer the following payment options, where available at checkout:

  • Prepaid / Online Payment: Shipping is free for prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping charge of PKR 200 applies.

Promotional discounts and bundle offers are subject to their stated terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless the relevant offer explicitly allows it.

Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, please provide accurate contact details, delivery address, and order information.

Order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch if an item is unavailable or if there is an issue requiring verification. We may contact you to confirm a COD order or clarify incomplete details.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate cancellation and refund where payment has already been collected.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to serviceable locations within Pakistan.

  • Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.

  • COD orders carry a shipping charge of PKR 200.

  • Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that your contact details are correct.

MODA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible through our normal process, and you should contact our customer support team for assistance.

Any refund due following an approved cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because MODA sells skincare products, hygiene and product integrity are important.

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, leaking, or otherwise materially different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs or videos where relevant so we can assess the issue.

For hygiene reasons, we may restrict returns of opened or used skincare products where permitted by law. However, this does not exclude remedies available for defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or misrepresented products, or any other rights protected by applicable law.

Refunds, exchanges, and return arrangements will be assessed under our published Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment method or another mutually agreed method, subject to applicable requirements.

Responsible Product Use

Please use MODA products only for their intended cosmetic purpose and follow the product-specific directions supplied with the product.

  • Review the ingredient list before use.

  • Introduce new skincare products cautiously, especially exfoliating products containing Glycolic Acid.

  • Avoid applying products to broken, irritated, or injured skin.

  • Discontinue use if persistent irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

  • Keep products away from children and follow the storage instructions on the packaging.

  • Use sunscreen during daytime skincare routines, particularly when using exfoliating products.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee a particular cosmetic outcome.

Promotions and Discount Offers

Promotional codes, bundle offers, and limited-time discounts may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiry dates, and product availability.

Unless an offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts. We will communicate material conditions associated with an offer before purchase.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers, business operations, or legal rights.
